nefarious. They kicked us out of insurance for, according to them, requesting too many tests (a TAC). If they are insurance, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, They don't care about health at all, only money.

TERRIBLE phone service, hours trying to talk to them, only one machine answers (as is normal all over the world, no matter where you call.) I want to talk to A HUMAN!!!! WHEN I FINALLY manage to talk to a human, strangely, the call always hangs up. The obsolete medical chart...there are doctors who have not visited the medical center in which they appear in the official medical chart for the current year for years!!!!

Very good service, they informed me very well when contracting health insurance.
